Questions

Good to know

My site has been hacked. Can you fix it?

Yes. We clean the infection, patch the entry point, harden the site and put monitoring in place so it doesn't happen again.

Do you look after WordPress sites?

WordPress is the most common platform we maintain, and the most frequently targeted. Our plans are particularly strong for WordPress security.

How often do you apply updates?

Critical security updates are applied promptly as they're released. Routine updates are batched monthly and tested in staging before going live.

What if an update breaks my site?

We test in staging first to catch this. If something does break on the live site, we restore from backup immediately and investigate before trying again.

Do I need maintenance if my site rarely changes?

Yes, even more so. Sites that are rarely touched often fall behind on security updates and backups, and can be running badly outdated software underneath.
